1. Why the multiplexer cannot start after conneced to the power?

    a. The adapter has been damaged, or the power is not enough. Pls change an adapter

    b. Multiplexer hardware problem


2. I see nothing but a blue screen after I turn on multiplexer.

    a. Check the camera output and video input connectors on multiplexer back panel. If you can’t find problem with these connections, check whether the camera power cable is firmly connected. Make sure the system format for NTSC and PAL is right.


3. The indicator of the multiplexer lights, but no output. Why?

    a. The power of the adapter is not enough. Pls change an adapter to try.

    b. The video format of the multiplexer is different from that of the monitor

    c. Connection problem. Pls check the cable and the connection.

    d. The multiplexer hardware problem.


4. Why are no images displayed on parts or all of the channels of the multiplexer?

    a. Connection problem. Pls check the cable and the connection.

    b. Camera problem. Pls check the cameras.

    c. The video format of the multiplexer is different from that of the cameras

5. Why do the multiplexer work fine, but I cannot control the DVR by the front panel or remote control?

    a. inner connection problem. Pls open the case to check the cable and the connection

6. What can I do when forgetting the password?

    a. For TC-6402 and TC-6403, power off, and press 1 and 2 buttons till power on and enter the system. It will reset to the default 1111

    b. For TC-6408, power off, and press MENU and VCR buttons till power on and enter the system. It will reset to the default 1111

    c. For TC-6409, power off, and press VCR and full screen buttons till power on and enter the system. It will reset to the default 1111

   d. For TC-6416S and TC-6516M, power off, and press SHIFT and full screen buttons till power on and enter the system. It will reset to the default 1111
